Personal Belongings
- Please take all necessary precautions to secure personal belongings in your vehicle and while onboard.
- Car park attendants leave once the cruise departs.
- Carlingford Lough Ferry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cruises are suitable for all ages.
Please note:
- Children under the age of 15 are NOT permitted on the upper deck
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times

Dogs are permitted on the main deck only
- Dogs that are loud or aggressive in their behavior in any way will not be permitted onboard.
Dog Owners
- Must ensure dogs remain on a lead for the duration of the cruise
- Are responsible for cleaning up where required.

Alcohol is available to purchase while you are onboard.
Alcohol Policy
- For safety reasons, passengers are NOT permitted to bring alcohol onboard. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Carlingford Lough Ferry is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur as a result of intoxication or alcohol consumption before or during the cruise.
Carlingford Lough Ferry reserves the right to refuse entry

Our cruises are outdoor events on board Carlingford Ferry (No covered areas)
- We advise all customers to come dressed for weather changes
- We recommend warm & waterproof coats & suitable footwear

In the event of a cruise being cancelled due to severe weather
Passengers will be contacted BY EMAIL no later than 1pm on the day of departure.
Carlingford Lough Ferry can take no responsibility for inaccurate contact information included in the booking form.
All rescheduling or refund requests will be processed and responded to during normal office hours (Monday to Friday) and confirmed by email or phone.

It is always cooler on the water, especially in the late evenings.
We advise customers to bring a warm, weatherproof jacket and comfortable shoes (floors can get slippy).
A picnic blanket is also a nice option to place on your lap when it gets a little cooler.

Cruises depart from Greenore, Co. Louth and Greencastle, Co. Down.
- When booking, please select your preferred boarding location.
- Your departure point and time will then be noted on your ticket.
- Please remember to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure.

- A full refund will be offered up to one week prior to the cruise date.
- 50% refund on cancellations received within one week of cruise or date transfer.
- No refunds or Transfers are available for cancellations received within 48 hours of the cruise.

Date changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the cruise date booked.
- No date transfers are accepted within 48 hours of the cruise date.
