Transfer Requests

• Transfer requests cannot be accepted within 48 hours of the cruise.
• Customers may transfer their booking once to another available date.
• If a customer is unable to attend the rescheduled date, no refund will be issued for a second cancellation.

Refund Policy

• • Cancellations made at least one week before the cruise date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within one week of the cruise date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the cruise departure.

Cruise Cancellations

Carlingford Lough Ferry reserves the right to cancel or alter cruise routes due to adverse weather conditions.
In the event of a cruise cancellation, passengers will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund
• A transfer to another available cruise
• A gift voucher for future use

Customer Contact

• A valid email address is required for all bookings.
• In the event of a cancellation, passengers will be notified by email no later than 1 PM on the day of departure.
• Check your emails post 1pm for updates on the Departure date of your cruise 
• Carlingford Lough Ferry is not responsible for inaccurate contact information provided at the time of booking.

Alcohol Policy

• For safety reasons, passengers are NOT permitted to bring alcohol onboard. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Carlingford Lough Ferry is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur as a result of intoxication or alcohol consumption before or during the cruise.
  • Beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available to purchase on board

Children

• Children under 15 years old are NOT permitted on the upper deck, unless supervised by a responsible adult. 
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while onboard.

Personal Belongings

• Please take all necessary precautions to secure personal belongings in your vehicle and while onboard.
• Car parks will be unattended for the duration of the cruise
• Carlingford Lough Ferry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
